Young Promise International Music Competition Schedule

Please come at least 15 min before your scheduled time. All contestants need to bring an original sheet music of the pieces they will be playing and proof of date of birth. Warm-up rooms for division contestants will be available an hour before the start of division contest.

Festival Rooms

Cox Hall - directly off the lobby to the left of the stairs.
LER (Large Ensemble Room) - at the top of the stairs on the Second Floor.


Four rooms below are reserved for warm up, but more may be available. The warm up rooms are all on the Second Floor in the new section, up the stairs and straight down to the corner. 
Warm up rooms with pianos: Marden Studio, Brewer Studio, Massa Studio.
Warm up room without a piano: Lehner Studio.

 

Opening Night Ceremony will take place in Cox Hall.

Piano Competition (all divisions) will take place in LER.

String Competition (all divisions) will take place in Cox Hall.

Ensemble Competition will take place in LER.
Award Ceremony and the WInners Concert will take place in Cox Hall.

Warm-up Rooms Schedule

Everyone will have an opportunity to warm up. Contestants, who requested the accompaniment will be able to rehearse before the start of their corresponding division. The schedule for rehearsals and warm-up can be found here.
